Painting summer watermelons and sunflowers with 60(!) Boys and Girls Club campers. Sponsored by SCCCollege. It was an exciting day of teaching about paint and colormixing with great results from the young artists.   Sold! Created a unique edition of 25 botanical totes for Friends of the Cutchogue New Suffolk Library Book Sale - a fantastic library and a great cause. A magical process using plants in my garden and our sunny, spring days.
 In honor of Earth Day, we've been working on a very special project at EEAC to keep lost and unclaimed art from our attic out of the landfills! While preparing to relocate for the revitalization project, the team uncovered endless lost trash and treasure. Some of that treasure being a tiny room tucked in the attic FULL OF ART! After archiving and researching we found some answers, but were still left with many pieces with little to no information, and nowhere for this art to go... ATTIC ERRATIC invited artists of all ages and disciplines to transform abandoned art, bringing new life into each piece. Collaborating with the ghosts of EEAC's past. It was so much fun to be a part of this exhibition with my olfactory piece "A rose is a rose is a rose" !  A rose is a rose is a rose, Anonymous and Marta Baumiller, 2025. Acrylic painting on board, customized gilt, wood frame, silk flower, perfume bottle w atomizer and rose water.  Wonderful to show at the Art League of Long Island and to have been awarded the 3D Award of Excellence for my Future Sarcophagus.Huge thanks to everyone at the beautiful Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery and to Juror Karen Levitov.

 Delighted to be a part of this wonderful, mixed media show at Suffolk Community College curated by Annemarie Waugh.  So great to be a part of this exciting outdoor sculpture show at the beautiful grounds of Sylvester Manor on Shelter Island. My Light Portal Kaleidoscope shares the park like setting with a wonderful group of artists. Thanks to curator Tom Cugliani and the wonderful staff of the Manor.
