In honor of Earth Day, we've been working on a very special project at EEAC to keep lost and unclaimed art from our attic out of the landfills! While preparing to relocate for the revitalization project, the team uncovered endless lost trash and treasure. Some of that treasure being a tiny room tucked in the attic FULL OF ART! After archiving and researching we found some answers, but were still left with many pieces with little to no information, and nowhere for this art to go... ATTIC ERRATIC invited artists of all ages and disciplines to transform abandoned art, bringing new life into each piece. Collaborating with the ghosts of EEAC's past. It was so much fun to be a part of this exhibition with my olfactory piece "A rose is a rose is a rose" ! A rose is a rose is a rose, Anonymous and Marta Baumiller, 2025. Acrylic painting on board, customized gilt, wood frame, silk flower, perfume bottle w atomizer and rose water.
